The Saint Louis Planned Giving Council is now accepting YOUR nominations for the 2012 Legacy Awards. This year’s winners will be honored on Thursday, June 28th, at Palladium Saint Louis.

The Legacy Awards were established to recognize the crucial interaction between a donor, an advisor, and a charity needed to create a charitable planned gift. The annual Legacy Awards highlight the charitable cooperation and collaboration that results in truly unique and inspirational charitable giving throughout the St. Louis region.

Nomination Categories are:
The Donor Recognition Award is awarded to an individual, couple, or family who has made a significant impact on Saint Louis through their planned gift to a charity.

The Non-Profit Recognition Award is awarded to the staff of a non-profit organization for excellence in its planned giving program. The award was designed to inspire best practices in planned giving.

The Professional Advisor Award is awarded to a professional for-profit gift planning advisor. This award recognizes that advisor’s skill, knowledge, imagination, and insight in meeting the specific needs of his/her client.

Nominations are being accepted through April 20, 2012.
